Coming down W. Beach Blvd from the Hangout, the condo is on the right. Turn into the first entrance, between the first building and fence. The condo is at the end of that building, and the parking spot is underneath the condo, the second spot. You will see 118 in the first spot, and ours is right next to it.

House Rules
- Primary renter must be 25+ and stay on-site for the entire reservation (ID may be required).
- Max overnight occupancy: 6. Day visitors allowed, but all rules apply.
- No pets.
- No events or parties.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises (including balcony). $300 minimum fee + remediation costs.
- Quiet hours and no nuisance noise - please respect neighbors and HOA/building rules.
- Parking: 1 vehicle / 1 assigned spot only. No additional vehicles unless approved by HOA/property rules.
- Trash must be taken to the dumpsters before checkout.
- Balcony safety: no climbing or leaning on rails; supervise children; no throwing items.
